Return Policy
At MISTEC, all orders are carefully prepared and shipped based on the customer’s requirements. Before placing an order, we encourage customers to review our proposals and proforma invoices carefully, as we do not offer general right of return or refund.
Returns & Cancellations
- Orders are customized and assembled on demand, often including made-to-order components.
- For this reason, returns are not accepted unless previously agreed in writing.
- In case of cancellation requests after confirmation, MISTEC reserves the right to charge for any materials already ordered or prepared.
Shipping Damage or Errors
- All goods are checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
- If a shipment appears damaged or incomplete, customers must notify us within 5 working days of delivery.
- Clear photos of the packaging and damaged parts are required to assess any claims.
- Please do not discard packaging before a claim is resolved.
Return Procedure
- If a return is authorized, all products must be sent back in unused, original condition and properly packaged.
- Return shipping costs and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Returned items without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Products built or modified according to customer specifications (e.g. custom kits, special fittings) are excluded from returns.

- Transport risks lie with the customer, even if MISTEC arranged the shipping.
