Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and quotations made by MISTEC, LLC (“Supplier”) and are binding upon any Customer (“Client”) who places an order or accepts an offer. By placing an order, the Client accepts these conditions in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders become binding only after written confirmation by MISTEC, LLC.
• Any change in quantity, delivery time, or pricing must be confirmed in writing.

2. Prices & Payment Terms

• All prices are net prices and do not include VAT, shipping, customs, or any local duties.
• Payment is due in advance by international wire transfer upon receipt of our Proforma Invoice.
• Banking details will be provided on the Proforma Invoice.
• The order will be processed once full payment has been received and verified.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs shown during checkout are estimations only.
• The final shipping fee will be confirmed on the Proforma Invoice and may be lower than estimated.
• All goods are shipped EXW (Ex Works), unless otherwise agreed.
• Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch. Insurance is available upon request and at the buyer’s expense.

4. VAT & Import Duties

• VAT is applied based on the shipping destination and applicable regulations.
• Clients are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or clearance costs in their country.

5. Warranty

• MISTEC offers a 24-month warranty on all standard products from the date of delivery.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Improper use or installation is excluded.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before production or shipment. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
• Custom-made systems are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be settled in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
